The service
CardGradingTracker is a hosted record-keeping tool for card shops: grading submissions (intake photos, stage tracking, a customer portal) and consignment payouts (sold-price tiers, statements, and netting what a customer owes for grading against what the shop owes them for consignment). Submission stages are entered by the shop. The service does not integrate with, or automatically track, any grading company, and it does not move money — shops pay their customers themselves, outside the system.
Accounts
Every shop, on every plan including Free, signs up with a verified email address. There are no passwords; sign-in is by emailed link or code, and you are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure.
Customer accounts are created when a shop invites its customer. Customers see only their own records.
You must be running a real business and be of legal age to contract in your jurisdiction.
Plans and billing
Free: all features, up to 10 cards + consignment items tracked, free forever.
Trial: 14 days of Pro (unlimited cards), starting when you confirm your email. When a trial ends, the shop moves to Free automatically. Nothing auto-charges, ever.
Pro: US$59 per month flat, unlimited cards. Until in-app card billing launches, Pro is switched on by contacting [email protected] and is invoiced directly; it stays on until you cancel by email.
Plan limits gate new intake only. Existing records are never deleted or hidden for hitting a limit.
The shop's responsibilities
The shop is responsible for the accuracy of what it enters: stages, prices, tier tables, and payout records, and for paying its customers the amounts its statements show.
Agreements between a shop and its customers (grading fees, consignment terms, holding graded cards against a balance) are between the shop and the customer. CardGradingTracker records them; it is not a party to them.
The shop must have the right to enter its customers' names and emails and to upload intake photos of their cards.
Your content
Shops keep all rights to the data and photos they put into the service. You grant us the licence needed to store and display that content to you and to the customers you invite. We claim no ownership of it, and our use of it is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, and no attempt to access another shop's data.
Never enter a grading company's login credentials anywhere in the service — we never ask for them, and no feature needs them.
No automated scraping of the service, and no reselling access to third parties.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service up and your data intact, and we take backups, but the service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for grading outcomes, turnaround times, card values, or disputes between a shop and its customers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the service
Either side may end the relationship at any time: a shop owner cancels by email, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms. On cancellation we will provide an export of the shop's data on request and then delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

General
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. If we change these terms materially, we will note the change here with a new effective date and email shop owners before it takes effect. Questions: [email protected].
